DOCTOR OF CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP

Purpose

  The Doctor of Christian Leadership is designed to equip qualified students with vision and accompanying skills to achieve the mission of the gospel of Jesus Christ by teaching the principles of biblical leadership and how to manage others.

Objectives

Upon completing this concentration, Students will be able to:

1. Formulate a comprehensive and critical theory of ministry.
2.
Demonstrate an advanced understanding and integration of ministry in relation to the biblical, theological, academic, and pastoral disciplines.
3.
Articulate theories on Christian leadership and demonstrate the proficiency to develop the skills in Christian leadership.
4.
Demonstrate the ability to serve as a pastor, ministerial staff of a local church, and denominational leader.
5.
Evidence the Christ-like character worthy of being emulated and whose integrity impacts credibility for successful ministry.
